At Alvadar we give every horse the opportunity to excel in whatever division it is best suited. Individualized training and feed programs for each horse to help achieve their personal best. We show all around the country in both AMHA/AMHR helping farm & horses obtain the needed exposure.
We offer year round conditioning services with our indoor facility. This allows for early season show preparation and a strong winning edge. We focus in Halter training and in general cart training for at home pleasure driving.
Show Training
Costs and Services
Monthly Training $375.00
Show related Expenses:
Show Materials $28.00/per show
Show Mileage $.42 per mile- minimum $50.00
Alvadar Expenses Food and lodging to be split between clients based on number of horses.
All show fees will be billed 6 weeks prior to show and must be received
at least 3 weeks prior to show or horse will not be included.
Included in your Base Price:
Individualized Fitness program
Specialized Show feeding Program
Body clipping – Initial, each show, and for Photo shoot (optional)
Participation in professional Photo shoot (optional)
Use of show and training equipment, working sweats, treadmill, etc…
(when possible we try to save you the expense of show halters)
Preparation for all desired classes showing in open and help for clients who wish to learn to show their own horses.
Transportation between Alvadar facilities and show facilities.
Excluded from your base price:
ALL show fees- stalls, class fees, AMHA fees, etc.
Blankets, sheets, barn halters, muzzles we have good resources for these if you should need them.
Any non-show related transportation … (billed at 42 cents per mile /minimum charge $15.00)
Farrier expenses
Veterinary/ dental expenses
Video taping/picture taking
Additional body clipping
**Professional Photographer’s expenses will be split among the horses in the shoot.
COMISSION WILL BE 10% FOR ANY SALES DIRECTLY RELATED TO A REFERRAL FROM ALVADAR OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATE FARMS. HANDLER WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF ALVADAR. HORSES CANNOT BE REMOVED AND THEN BROUGHT BACK INTO TRAINING DURING THE SHOW YEAR UNLESS PREARRANGED. ALL HORSES MUST BE APPROVED BY ALVADAR. PARTIAL MONTHS WILL BE PRORATED.

All fees are based on horse per show and number of horses per show and are subject to change based on fuel costs and show fees. National Show fees are figured approximately 45 days prior to the show.
Fitting
Along with show training we take pride in our fitting program. This program is for horses that are possibly not showing, but are here for either the opportunity to see if they will make the show ring or to be fitted for pictures.
